When you do things with a good heart and expect nothing in return, you'll find freedom from the weight of expectation. Think about it. How often have you felt let down becau se someone didn't meet your expectations? It's a heavy burden to carry. But what if you flipped the script? What if you did things solely because you wanted to make a difference, to help, or to bring joy? When you let go of expectations, you will discover a sense of peace and contentment. You will no longer be bound by the need for validation or recognition. You will be free to act, to give, and to love without attachment to specific outcomes.
